How do I know about antiques?
I want to know more about all kinds of antiques? Also how can I make money by collecting and selling antiques? How can I grow and make a living on selling and collecting antiques?
Go to exhibitions antiques and art galleries, flea markets and auctions. Do not buy anything, but look at what interests you. Learn what you can about things you love by asking dealers and research things on the Internet, also check places like eBay for similar items and read the item descriptions. View auctions end if you know what things are selling at prices generally, and learn to tell antiques real from fakes or reproductions. Learn to judge the quality construction and good design. Go to garage sales and garage and see if you something which is very cheap seems like something that would be easy for you to sell at a much higher price, you can buy and register eBay. Remember that you'll have to take good pictures and upload them and write a good description. Be honest! If you find you do well, then you could try sending some of your things to another former distributor for sale in his shop. There are "old centers, where many dealers set up small shops, each paying a small portion of the cost of renting the building. Usually, individual dealers to turn or employees of the mall behind the box at the entrance of the building, so you can leave your booth and still be able to sell your merchandise. It is a good way to start as a dealer, but remember that you will be able to find many things at bargain prices and then prices fairly so that they sell at retail, so it's not an easy way to earn a living. Good luck.
