Need information on the old ESPN Commercials with the guy in the Boston Bruins Jersey?
OK- I’ll try and be more specific…
ESPN used to run commercials with this slightly overweight white man in his later 30s who always wore a boston jersey; I seem to always remember a Boston Bruins Hockey Jersey. He would play with bobble heads and talk about his unique sports memorabilia in brief television commercials, usually promoting SportsCenter, or maybe ESPN the Magazine…This guy is also in a newer commercial currently being aired, but I cannot seem to remember which one or for what.
If anyone knows the name of the actor/ has a link to the old commercials, I would be very grateful.

You are talking about “The Rick” and the others have his name correct.
Outside of playing “The Rick”, he is best know for being the lazy brother in law on Yes, Dear. He has had a few other less well known roles in various sitcoms and movies.
