The Last Waltz (Special Edition) $6.00 Martin Scorsese’s 1978 capsule history of the Band is mixed with footage of the group’s allegedly last performance (certainly their last performance as a quintet) in this particularly stylish concert film. Scorsese shoots the players and their sundry guests with the same flair and enthusiasm one can see in the later The Color of Money or Goodfellas. He also proves a good interviewer with Band memb… |

Some Kind of Wonderful (Special Collector’s Edition) $6.79 After dominating the teen-movie genre for the bulk of the 1980s, writer-producer (and sometimes director) John Hughes proved that he had at least one good movie left in him before squandering his talent on lame comedies throughout the 1990s. Like The Breakfast Club and Pretty in Pink, Some Kind of Wonderful treated its teenaged characters like real people with real feelings, hopes, fears, and des… |

Monsters, Inc. Do you think that buying the new Tickle Me Elmo is a great investment as a collector's item?
This toy is a huge deal right now and I wanted to know what you all think about buying one to keep as a collectible item to sell in the next 20-40 years. It would be great of a collector's item as Barbie or comics? Http: / / www.fisher-price.com/fp.aspx?st=8001&e=sesstProduct&selCat=ss_tmx&pid=35910 here is the link … see it in action
There are better things you can do with your money during the next 20 years. Just buy an elmo if you really want one for you boy. Is may be too young to remember the tickle me Elmo latest craze. Women trampling each other to get one. Talk about stupid. Remember pet rock phase? Do you have a rock collectors? The market for Barbies and comics etc is very limited. Do not just walk to the corner of the street and say: here I have Barbie for sale. Ebay is a place to sell. Conventions, etc. However, you will get better performance, investing the same amount of money if you go to another place. Look for growth and liquidity. I have baseball cards worth anything. The problem is I can not find a buyer. So I gave my son. He played with them. Have to do with any value now, but if I can not find a buyer, then they were worthless then too. For a part of your company local public services and want to know what its worth in 20 to 40 years. I bet you do best. Just to be on the safe side get one of each and then I find and let me know what worked best. I'm betting on the power company.
