What should I give to my cousin to get her interested in doll houses?

I like dolls' houses as an adult. I would try get my young cousin (which is about 12) involved in the hobby. I was about that age when I started. I have an orchid on order. I can help to ride. Since she's in the craft, I guess you'll like it. What one (other) sewing can take her introduction to the "magic" of the world doll house?
