I was offered $ 800 for some sports memorablia signed?

I was offered $ 800 for signed baseball cards and photos. Joe DiMaggio 8×10-1, 2 Carl Yaztremski 8×10, 8×10 Larry Bird 1, 1-Wayne Gretzky, 1-Signed Ted Williams ball, 1-Carl Yastremski signed ball, plus a book of maps signed. All these elements have no COA for one of the elements. Is $ 800 a fair price.

Probably not bad price if the sale of all at once. But I guess the buyer to turn around and resell these items separately. COA are not worth the price paper they are, however, they seem to give legitimacy to the authenticity. Good collectors can tell if the autograph is legitimate. But if you saw the sign there, you really do not know. Because they are deceased, the DiMaggio and Williams are probably worth $ 150 $ 200 each if in excellent condition. Plus if the peak is mounted and framed – and the ball is cased, without fingerprints on it.
