There will be a shit load there, and e-bay can be quite heavy comparison. Need quick sale safe (recent divorce) Art, collectibles, coins, military, Nasa, autograph books, etc.

I did both buying and selling on E-Bay and have had very good results with it. I had two conflicts that have been treated by the other party without any problem. You just do not send anything until the check clears or you cash the money order. Make it clear in your adds. Pay-pal makes everything faster and more secure. Check the ratings of the comments about the seller or buyer and judging. If I buy something I send checks or money orders by mail, rather I use Pay-pal. This way, you can get help if in fact it does turn out to be a scam. If there is no pay-pal, I steer clear. Always send article as soon as payment is received. On the same day if possible. This will get you positive feedback resulting from the buyers back.
