How do they cut Pop can ornaments out to get the nice rounded edges?

I have been seeing allot of pop can ornaments there relay neat but how do they cut them in to shapes?
Thanks for the tip about filing the edges.Do you have any pictures of what you make with the cut out pop cans?I am intriged with the wholeidea of the popcan ornaments.

We use tin snips. I use a file to brush across the edges so they are not sharp.
