A lot of the material in the film is set to be reused (y understood, I think the lamppost in Munchkinland) for another movie. What you may find is probably a prop or a costume (Dorothy's ruby shoes for example) floating around the hand between collectors. But you'll pay top dollar for this kind of thing. Usually collectors sell these things to other collectors, or sometimes it will find itself in an auction at Sotheby's auction house or another reputable.
