Will I be able to send a sword?

When my grandfather died some years ago I came into possession of his memories of World War II. One of those things is a German sword ceremoniously. I moved to California before he died, but never had the opportunity to get the house bar. Since obviously can not take a plane I need to know if I can ship using UPS, Fedex or, or something. Thanks.

Go to an outdoor shop, buy a rifle case time enough to adapt, and ship with UPS or FedEx. I think USPS has a policy prohibiting e-sword.
